Jonathan is CEO and co-founder of Performance Managers. After a 12 years experience in Silicon Valley start-ups, he has established the company to reach his goals to help improve IT users experience. He has an MSc from the MIT, and an MBA from Yale.

Patrick A. Chemla

Patrick is the CTO and co-founder of Performance Managers. Patrick has a 15 years experience in load testing and performance improvement, and he has conducted the development of a top-of-the art load engine to build large load tests. During his field experience, he also has developed a full load testing methodology which ensures accurate results. He has an MSc from the MIT.

Martine M. Soufir

Martine is the CFO and co-founder of Performance Managers. Martine has worked before for start-ups in the Silicon Valley and she joined our company from the very beginning. She has an MBA from MIT.

Ilan M. Det

Ilan is the Marketing Officer of Performance Managers. Ilan has worked on numerous marketing launches of large IT projects in the Silicon Valley, in particular the great ID project which reached very high goals, far beyond expectations.

Ron Y. Boss

Ron is the Security Officer of performance Managers, in charge of the Worldwide Ultimate Barrier. Ron has worked for the top industry security companies before to join us in 2003. He has conducted the development of our top technologies to ensure our customers security. Ron got an MBA from the Haifa Technion.
